The Sierra Pacific Region is dedicated to the Upper Level Program, beginning with properly preparing a candidate for the C3 test.

At the club level, emphasis is placed on D1 through the C2 level.  Once attaining the C2, Pony Clubbers often find themselves requiring in-depth knowledge which not always available through the local club.

Over the years, the Sierra Pacific C3 program has developed into an extensive curriculum including multiple mounted and un-mounted preps and clinics.  The Sierra Pacific Region encourages all C3 candidates to participate in the clinics and preps to prepare themselves for the rigors of the C3 test.

C-3 candidates are encouraged to become members of the Sierra Pacific Digest and check it regularly.  It is the primary means of communications for all candidates.

The "HB/C3 and Up" Ratings are National Rating

Candidates must complete the the requirements as outlined on the National Website at www.ponyclub.org - be sure to read Test Site Information Form (National Testings) on the National website under forms.
